Built Around One Product Family

Grass Brooms started as a small workshop in Sleman and grew into a factory that does one thing properly: household cleaning tools. Brooms for the house and the yard, grass brooms, dustpan sets, twist mops, flat mops, and spray mops — all made and packed on the same site.

Over the years our buyers have come from wholesalers, retail chains, and importers who put their own brand on the handle. They stay for two reasons that are hard to argue with: the price is a factory price, and the sample in their hand is the same product that arrives in the container.

Stock samples are free — you only cover the freight. If you want something built to your own drawing, we make that sample too, and the fee comes back on your first order.

Custom Broom and Mop

Our main business. Send your own design, or take one of ours and change it — logo, colour, size, handle length, bristle material, retail packaging. If it can be moulded or tufted, it can be customised. Tooling built for your design stays yours.

Wholesale Broom and Mop

Anything in our catalogue is available for wholesale at a factory price. Mix models freely in one container — brooms, mops, and dustpan sets travel well together. Sea freight to most countries is affordable, and we quote FOB, CIF, or DDP.

PP and PET bristles, natural grass and bamboo, cotton, microfibre, polyester, EVA, and aluminium handles. You pick the material; we source it from suppliers we already trust.

Yes. Samples of stock models are free of charge — you only cover the shipping, or give us your courier account. A sample built to your own design carries a sampling fee, which we refund on your first bulk order.

Yes. Logo, colour, size, and material are all open. We print or emboss on the handle and the head, and we can print your retail packaging and cartons as well.

Within one working day of your inquiry, usually the same afternoon. If it is urgent, send a WhatsApp message to +62 852-8753-8045 and say so — we will jump the queue.

Yes. Bring a drawing, a photo, or a competitor’s product, and we will build a sample to match. Tooling made for your design is not offered to other buyers.

30% deposit when the order is placed, and the balance before shipment. We send photos of the finished goods and the packed cartons before you settle the balance.

Tell us which certificate or test report your market requires and we will arrange it with the material supplier or an accredited lab before production starts. Standard export documents — invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin — always come with the shipment.

Cotton, microfibre, polyester, and EVA for the heads; aluminium or steel for the rods. Brooms use PP or PET bristles, natural grass, or bamboo. You choose per model.
